Brownfield site in Athlone
Located on a revitalized brownfield site in Athlone, our development breathes new life into the area by renovating and extending the original semi-detached cottage. At the front of the site, a newly constructed dormer-style bungalow faces the main street, adding a welcoming presence to the development.
A landscaped roadway leads to six modern two-storey dwellings at the rear, all connected by a central green space that serves as a communal area for residents. This carefully planned development respects the character of the existing neighborhood while providing contemporary living spaces in the heart of Athlone
