World class equine development 1
Located in the heartland of Irish thoroughbred racing, this state-of-the-art equine development near the Curragh is masterplanned to the highest international standards. The layout is carefully structured around a formal central avenue, combining functional efficiency with architectural elegance.
The development includes high-spec American barns, a dedicated fillies barn, covered horse walkers, and generous turnout paddocks, all arranged for optimal movement and supervision. At the heart of the site is a striking stone-clad entrance building with double-height glazing and integrated viewing areas, setting a strong tone for the complex.
Additional facilities include high-quality staff accommodation and a private farm manager’s residence, ensuring year-round operation and oversight. The architectural language blends natural stone, dark standing-seam roofs, and carefully composed landscaping to create a timeless, professional and visually coherent equestrian environment.
