This sleek two-storey commercial building is set within a busy industrial estate and designed to accommodate flexible office or light industrial use. The clean, modular façade is finished in contrasting cladding panels, giving the building a sharp and professional identity.
Expansive glazing to key corners and elevations enhances natural light and transparency, while integrated sunshades and recessed window details add both function and visual interest. The external layout includes a dedicated bike shelter, soft landscaping, and efficient circulation routes.
RSDS Architects worked closely with the design team and provided the 3D visualisations for this project, helping to communicate the architectural intent and elevate the overall design presentation.
